Sam Roberti is an experienced trial attorney who focuses his practice in the area of business litigation, business transactions, estate litigation and personal injury litigation. Samuel Roberti was born in Long Island, New York in 1951. He was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1975 and is licensed to practice before all North Carolina State Courts, the U.S.Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit, the US Court of Military Appeals and the US Court of Veterans' Appeals . Experience: Sam Roberti, Senior Partner, founded the law firm in 1979 upon discharge as a Captain from the United States Air Force, where he was an assistant Judge Advocate General. Daniel Lauffer is an attorney who concentrates his practice in social security disability. Daniel R. Lauffer was born in Jacksonville, North Carolina in 1955. Ms. Angela R. Cinski, a licensed attorney, joined the Social Security department at Roberti, Wittenberg, Lauffer & Wicker in March 2007. She received her law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2003. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Cinski practiced law at the Morganton and Smithfield offices of Legal Aid of North Carolina, Inc. As a public interest attorney, Ms. Cinski handled a diverse caseload and assisted low-income clients with public benefits, domestic, housing, employment, and consumer issues. Ms. Cinski’s commitment to the zealous advocacy of the underserved is an asset to the firm and its mission to provide aggressive, effective and compassionate legal representation. About Roberti Wicker Lauffer & Cinski PA
The firm of Roberti Wicker Lauffer & Cinski PA is comprised of five (5) attorneys. Samuel Roberti is the Senior Partner and founder of the law firm. Daniel Lauffer and David Wicker have been with the firm for over twenty (20) years and either went to school together or worked together prior to joining the firm. David Cortes came to the firm in October 2005 and had previously worked as an Assistant United States Attorney in Raleigh, North Carolina for over twenty (20) years. Our newest and youngest member, Angela Cinski, came to the firm five (5) years ago after a distinguished career at Legal Aid of North Carolina. All of the attorney's, except for Mr. Roberti, concentrate their practices on Social Security Disability Law at all levels of the process.
The firm also has six (6) legal assistants that have all worked in the legal field for a combined sixty (60) plus years. Five work exclusively in the social security department. Our intake unit, helps our clients file new applications and appeals with the social security administration. They have been trained by the local social security office.
